1. What MatchRemodel Is

MatchRemodel is a free matching service that connects homeowners with independent local remodeling companies. We are not a contractor and do not perform remodeling work ourselves. Any work is performed by the independent professionals you choose to hire.

2. Using the Service

By submitting a request, you agree that we may share your details with the matched remodeling company so they can contact you about your project. Using the service places you under no obligation to hire anyone.

3. No Guarantees

We facilitate introductions between homeowners and remodelers, but we do not guarantee the quality, pricing, timing, or outcome of any work. Any contract you enter is directly between you and the remodeling company. We encourage you to verify licensing, insurance, and references before hiring.

4. For Companies

Remodeling companies who join our network agree to contact matched homeowners professionally and promptly, and to be solely responsible for the work they perform.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MatchRemodel is not liable for any damages arising from the work performed by, or interactions with, independent remodeling companies.
